The whole food plant-based way of eating is and has been well known and well documented for its place in preventing and treating many common chronic diseases like diabetes, cardiovascular disease, arthritis and so many more.

When I was researching a way to deal with high blood pressure and other health issues my husband and I were experiencing, these doctors were the most influential and inspirational. There are many more with a plethora of information. I am so grateful to all of them for offering a wealth of information via the internet.
